Working in partnership with the Laser Sight branding, Gloo was set the challenge of identifying effective ways to engage Hobart Eye Surgeons Laser Sight Services with new customers. Direct customer surveys and research identified areas in the target market that were not being reached and therefore integrated marketing communications including television, radio and bus advertising were executed to generate and create awareness of the brand and services. Once launched, this instantly drove direct sales. The other brief was to ensure the creative represented the high quality medical brand proposition.
