The directors of Devine Property came to Gloo at the beginning of their journey to wanting to start their own independent agency, having operated in the Real Estate industry for decades under a national franchise. Being able to go on the journey with them from the very beginning meant that we were able to deep dive into a full discovery process to analyse the market and where they would be positioned within it. We worked with the client on looking at naming options, and the pros and cons of proposed options, before settling on their namesake.
A contemporary, professional, energetic and bold brand mark was developed to be consistent with the values and personality of the agency. Because of the variety of media used in the real estate industry it was important that the logo was adaptable to large format signage, and small web based listings. We developed a typographic brand mark that fit the brief and the client loved. After looking at how this could be applied across a range of collateral and creating a visual style, the client then was able to roll out their own suite of materials in house.
