Strathcona Baptist Girls Grammar is a prestigious girls school in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs and they approached Gloo to rebrand and reposition themselves in the highly competitive private school market. Whilst the school has a long history and a solid reputation, the brand identity and marketing collateral were starting to feel dated and needed a refresh. We underwent an extensive strategic process involving identifying the value propositions of the school and looked at how to position the school as a differentiated and compelling choice within their area. Following this, the visual identity was developed to be a contemporary evolution of the strong heritage of the school. After rolling out updated marketing collateral, publications, and undergoing an initial brand awareness campaign, we are now working with the school on a bold campaign called “Girls, unstoppable” that highlights the possibilities and opportunities a strong and nurturing academic environment can provide for its students.
